There is suddenly a lot of talks about possible English players playing this IPL. ECB has always been discouraging their Players from participating in the League and never gave a window from their International Fixtures. However looks like things are changing slowly with more players showing their willingness to play in the league although the International Players may not be available for the full tournament this time too.
